Not All on Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae Sites Are Foreclosures

I have noticed that some of these properties you get to view going through the buttons on the right are not really Dyersburg area foreclosures.

I just want to add this disclaimer about what I am finding. There is one property under the Ginnie Mae button that was actually a foreclosure(just sold) that has been listed to be sold(recent buyer hired his real estate agent in Trenton to flip it). This property is located at 605 E. Main in Newbern,Tn.

When I find a property like this that is not (now) a foreclosure I will let you know. This is why you need the services of a Realtor that understands foreclosures and will not lead you wrong.

I am expecting lots more Dyersburg area foreclosures to be forth coming very soon so continue to check back here.

Dyersburg Ginnie Mae Foreclosure Going to Auction

A few weeks ago I wrote a post about a Dyersburg Foreclosure being reduced.

Now Ginnie Mae has decided to auction this house in Memphis on Monday May 3rd. The last time Ginnie Mae did this with one of my listings the auction sales price was lower than the last offer we got while listed with us.

This house is now listed for $264,900 and it is only 3-4 years old. My prediction is that some savvy investor will buy this 6 bedroom 4 bath home for less than $225,000.

The hud foreclosure near Dyersburg at 360 Lexie Cobb Road has been reduced to $96,000.

How to use the two buttons over on the left

There are two buttons over on the left side of this blog that are entitled Fannie Mae Dyersburg Foreclosures and Ginnie Mae Government Foreclosures in Dyersburg Area.

To use these buttons to search for foreclosures please understand these are the sites of
1. Lankford Realty in Ripley
2. Jackson Area of Realtors in Jackson,Tn

To use the first button and see the foreclosures here you only have to click on the button as I have been able to set the parimeters of Dyersburg in the search. If you were to search other areas on Lankford's site then most likely they will not be foreclosures. I do see one listing on this site in Dyersburg that is not a foreclosure and it is a little house on countryman.

To use the Ginnie Mae button it is also set up to automatically search Dyersburg.Sometimes it does not automatically jump to Dyer County and when that happens, just pull it up in the drop down menu. 99 times out of 100 these Dyersburg listings with these Jackson area Realtors are indeed foreclosures.

There is a new VA Dyersburg foreclosure listing at 1304 Timothy Drive. I sold this house to a client back in May 2008 for $228,000 and they financed it with a VA loan.
