A few weeks ago I wrote a post about the house on Cobb Road near Dyersburg coming out as a Hud foreclosure.

There have been several offers for this particular house.
From my experience selling many many Hud foreclosures, the "magic" number that Hud usually accepts is about 92% of list price. Based on that, this property will most likely sell for around $57,546.
