When I clicked on the Fannie Mae Foreclosure link over on the right I could not believe the price they are asking for this new Dyersburg Foreclosure.
They are only asking $45,900 for this 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Rolling Meadows subdivision. The house has an in ground pool in the back.
Another agent here in the office viewed it a few minutes ago and she said it needs work but well worth the money.
Call or text Mike at 731-589-7841 to view and purchase this home. There are a few days left where they will only open owner occupant bids so hurry before the investors snatch this one up.
